Our Philosophy
Our background centers around the hospitality, corporate, and educational sectors. Understanding the stresses that facilities departments experience when planning a major construction, expansion or relocation project, we are able to assist the facilities department by managing these projects while allowing the staff to focus on their normal workload. We pride ourselves in adopting the clients' interests as our own and integrating ourselves into the facilities team.
As facilities department representatives we understand what it is like to take over a new building and be left with an unfinished punch list and pending warranty items. We know what to look for to minimize the impact on the client and have a successful track record following up on these items before the contractors' retention is paid.
As project managers who support large organizations, we know how important consistency and open communications are to conduct a successful project, especially with clients whose facilities are spread out over a region. Our experience managing multi-site projects allows us to coordinate phasing across multiple locations while minimizing disruptions and maximizing project success.
