STAFF FTP HELP
Q: I am using Internet Explorer on PC and when I click on “Connect,” it opens another Internet Explorer window and I get an error message that says “Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed in the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder. Details: The FTP session was terminated.” How do I log in to the FTP account?
A: Click the “OK” button on the error message. It should now show a white screen. Go to the “File” menu and select "Login As..." You can now type in your username and password.

A: With Macs, you'll need to download a FTP program such as One Button FTP or Cyberduck, which are free. If prompted for information, use the following:
